Had a full roof replacement completed by Terry and his team which encompassed a duplex tile roof, front porch colourbond and rear extension colourbond roof all replaced including gutters. I can’t speak more highly of Terry. He is honest, has clear communication and says it as it is. Having any work done can be stressful however Terry’s attention to detail and willingness to ensure the customers demands are met, set him apart from the others. We are stoked to have had the work completed and it has held up after a few weeks of heavy rain. We love the new roof and no longer have to worry about leaks. Thanks Terry

Terry did our roof last year and I’ve been very slack about doing this review.I liked working with Terry, he tells you how it is, what he’s going to deliver and then delivers it. His team appear to have a very efficient approach to the work and it’s impressive how quickly the old roof is removed and the new one fitted.We did have some follow on work that needed to be done and he was prompt in getting back and sorting out our issue.Highly recommended

I highly recommend Terry and the team at A Grade Roofing. My roof replacement was tricky with scaffolding both sides of the house. Terry co ordinated scaffolding, on-site skip, multiple delivery’s as well as managing 2 teams of roofers and dealing with the ramifications of Mother Nature!He managed to replace the roof within a week. He’s organised, has a great attention to detail, good communications and a bloody good roofer. I sat on his wait list for 10 months until he could fit me in but it was worth the wait. Thrilled with my new roof!

A quick shout out to Terry, Scott and the team at A-Grade roofing who did a great job on our roof and gutter replacement.Firstly, Terry was the only roofing expert who came out to provide a quote after the terrential rain in Sydney last year. He maintained contact with us despite the huge demand for his services and backlog of jobs. Terry, Scott and his team were always friendly, polite and professional in our dealings with them.Secondly, the team did a great job installing a new roof and gutters for our Federation house, which was a complicated and at times messy job (i.e. rotten timbers that needed to be replaced etc.). We understood that the roof might not be 100% waterproof given the size and complexity of the job, however Terry and the team were quick to respond and fix a small leak that appeared after recent rain. This was reassuring, considering there are many roofing companies that won’t respond once they’ve completed the job.I’d highly recommend A-Grade roofing if you are looking for a team you can trust to complete your job and follow up any enquiries in this difficult post-COVID environment.

Terry is a nice guy, polite and a good roofer. He’s super busy like most tradies nowadays but does his best to schedule your work and update you if rain sets him back. Specify your Colorbond choice rather than leaving it to him to match existing work.

A-Grade Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our leaking, ancient tile roof. Terry even came & did some work to stop the worst leaks whilst we waited for the roof to be replaced. I can’t review the work as I chose not to use A-Grade roofing. I had to select a star to be able to post. I chose not to use them because the quote to replace 7M of straight guttering about 3.5m above ground level was —– $2,915:00. The only comment I will make is before selecting A-Grade get at least 3 quotes. (Another roofer wanted $1474).I finally got a reasonable price from good tradesmen for $554.I priced the parts from Bunnings and they were around $160.

Terry quoted on our block of four units. Out of all the people who came to look at the job, he was the only one who offered to, and then fixed two recently broken tiles, saying “I can’t leave them like that”. It’s rare to get that type of service. I highly recommend Terry.

Due to the February freak storm, our house roof started leaking into the garage. I googled the nearest roofer to me as I want to get this done immediately due the damage it is causing.I’ve got in contact with Terry from A-Grade Roofing who has been a pleasant to deal with from the beginning to the end. He has recommended and advise me in detail of what the problem was. From our conversation he gave me comfort and confidence to proceed with the work.It took me a while to write a feedback as I was waiting for another heavy rain and to test the quality of the work. Terry’s timeliness was welcomed as were his considered suggestions.John and his crew were most efficient and knew what they were doing.As to the effectiveness of the roof repairs the proof of the the pudding will be in the eating so we will need for this drought to break to test the job as we have just had to job completed. I had a lot of problems getting a quote for a new box gutter, but Terry was quick to inspect and to quote. He also arranged the work within a week of me agreeing to the quote. The workmen who did the work we’re both great, especially John. It was clear that John worked quickly and wanted to do a proper job. I am pleased with the result, which I must say, is better than the earlier works done twenty? years ago. I recommend the company.

Great experience. Honest and personable bloke. Great workmanship. Fixed mulitple issues with my fairly old roof (repaired ridge cap, sealed tiles and readjusted shifting tiles) where other roofers demanded I required a new roof even though I asked for a temporary fix until such time I could afford to repair the whole roof.
